AFTER getting the job done, over 200 people in Rodriguez town would receive their much awaited paycheck. A number of residents in Rodriguez, Rizal, recieved their payouts from the DOLE Tupad Payout on October 19.
Each person can recieve up to P4,000 after completing the temporary work.
"Napakalaking tulong ito lalo na sa mga walang trabaho na apektado ng pandemya," Mayor Tom Hernandez said.
Speaking at the event, Sen. Joel Villanueva vowed to find more ways to generate jobs and skills training programs for the Filipinos.
"Talagang mas gusto natin ang patuloy na trabaho at tiyak na kita kaysa ayuda. Salamat po sa pagimbita ng Rodriguez, Rizal sa kanilang TUPAD Payout ngayong araw, kay Brod/Idol Jun Ynares III, Mayor Tom Hernandez, at sa mga lingkod bayan ng Rodriguez. Mabuhay and God bless po," Villanueva said.
